• Prepare the site to receive visitors, such as unlock door, gates, open windows, switch on lights etc. as each specific site requires
• Answer guest questions relating to house, audio tour, or store product
• Interact with visitors, answer questions, discuss site
• Answer basic questions about the history of Maltese Islands
