Typical responsibilities:
Supporting in the documenting of different activities and projects carried out by the organisation.
Taking footage both photo’s and videos, uploading to a shared drive and preparing content to be shared.
It may also involve designing different awareness posters, and some research aspects, such as creating lists of local organisations/entities that can be contacted.
The volunteer will be supported and guided by the organisation’s communications manager.
Desirable skills:
Basic knowledge of photography, filming and editing.
Must be comfortable in group settings.
Able to take decisions.

Generation (Change?) understands the importance of young people being able to confidently use their voices to enact positive social change throughout society. That is why, as an organisation, heavy emphasis is put on using non-formal and project-based learning in the community as a means to work with young people from different backgrounds to develop their personal and professional skills. Generation (Change?) is an organisation formed by various Youth Worker professionals in Malta. Young people are involved in every phase of all the projects we implement.
