Typical responsibilities:

  • Amend, adjust, and add to our existing webpage
  • Help us make our online presence clearer and updated with new initatives of the organisation
  • This would include adding new executives and queer friendly professionals to our website and add new tabs to include new initatives

Desirable skills:

  • Knowledgeable about website development, has worked with WIX and Mailchimp and has an eye for detail
  • Someone who knows how to design a website and alter it aesthetically for better outreach
  • Tech savvy and can work well alone or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of English is necessary

About the Voluntary Organisation:

LGBTI+ Gozo

LGBTI+ Gozo is a human rights organisation, established with a mission to support LGBTI individuals on the island of Gozo, and ensure that their voice does matter. It aims to monitor, report and act on access to services on the island of Gozo. It works to promote a society where all persons through diverse identities are able to access and enjoy all services on the island. The organisation ensures that the paradigm that is Gozo is present through the mainstreaming of policy and marginalised individuals are being empowered. To do so, LGBTI+ Gozo collaborates with civil society, government entities and educational institutions. LGBTI+ Gozo organises a number of social events, educational campaigns and services to youths, adults, parents of LGBTI individuals and community leaders.
