Typical responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the setup and organisation of events, workshops, and performances
  • Welcoming and guiding audiences, artists, and participants, providing information as needed
  • Supporting front-of-house duties such as registrations, ticketing, and crowd coordination
  • Helping with promotion and outreach, including distributing information and assisting with social media updates
  • Contributing to the documentation of activities (e.g., photos, videos, feedback collection)
  • Assisting in the maintenance and organisation of creative spaces (studios, rehearsal rooms)
  • Supporting administrative tasks, such as preparing materials, attendance lists, and reports
  • Taking part in community engagement projects, strengthening links between MMPAC, artists, and the public
