Typical responsibilities:
- Support leaders with the mentoring of young people during weekly meetings
- Teach basic skills such as teamwork, problem-solving and leadership
- Help plan outdoor activities like camping, hiking and games
- Assist with creative activities and projects
- Help organise events, trips and community initiatives
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all members
Desirable skills:
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and get involved
- A love for the outdoors
- No prior experience needed
