Typical responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to the museum and providing initial information
  • Explaining to visitors how to use the audio guides
  • Answering basic questions about Palazzo Falson and the collection
  • Ensuring the security of the collection during opening hours
  • Monitor temperature/ humidity readings of museum rooms

There may also be opportunities to:

  • Assist groups, school children and events related to the museum.
  • Assisting with children’s workshops.
  • Assisting with special events and tours

Desirable skills:

  • Good command of English
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrate a courteous and respectful manner at all times and comply with the Museum’s dress code
  • Take an interest and be willing to learn about the museum collection and the contents of the guidebook
