Typical responsibilities:
- Support the coach during training sessions by helping with the setup and organisation of equipment (cones, balls, bibs, etc.).
- Assist in guiding small groups of children during basic drills and exercises.
- Encourage players, promote fair play, and help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Provide general support during friendly matches and official fixtures (team preparation, bench assistance, organisation).
- Help the coach in keeping players attentive, disciplined, and motivated during sessions.
Desirable skills:
- Volunteers must have an interest in sports especially but not essentially football.
- Patience and perseverance.
About the Voluntary Organisation:
Qrendi FC Youth Nursery
The aim of QFCYN is to focus on the development of football skills of young individuals. Training provided to registered players is centered around football activities, helping them to learn and improve their skills and tactics.
